AAA Boat Salvage / Ormond Beach, FL

Boat Removal & Marine Salvage in Ormond Beach

We serve the entire state of Florida.

For an unwanted boat behind a home or a damaged vessel beside a riverfront dock, AAA Boat Salvage provides boat removal, marine salvage, and paid junk boat disposal in Ormond Beach. Tell us how the boat is supported and whether access is available through the property, from the water, or both.

01 / Local coverage

Ormond Beach boat removal from riverfront homes and inland sites

The Tomoka River and Halifax River are useful geographic references for Ormond Beach-area requests, but they do not establish the route to an individual vessel. A street address and a map pin together can help distinguish the property entrance from the shoreline recovery location.

For a boat near a private dock, show the connection between the dock and the yard. For an inland vessel, show the gate, turns, and ground between the entrance and the boat. These wide photographs add information that a close view of the hull cannot provide.

Private docks and shoreline access

Describe the dock layout and any contact between the hull, pilings, or seawall. Tell us if the boat is floating, grounded, or partly submerged and whether its position is changing.

Narrow yards and obstructed approaches

Identify fences, low branches, turns, and nearby structures along the proposed approach. A trailer on site does not establish that it is sound enough for movement.

Nearby public ramps

A ramp can help identify the general location, but its presence does not confirm permission or suitability for recovery equipment. The access plan needs to be reviewed for the specific job.

02 / What we do

Boat Removal, Disposal & Recovery

Paid Junk Boat Disposal

For deteriorated or unwanted vessels, describe the hull condition and how it is supported. We assess removal and disposal requirements and discuss an estimate for the agreed work.

Boat disposal services →

Sunken Boat Recovery

For a fully or partially submerged boat, send the exact position and depth if known. Dock layout, hull condition, and the available working area help determine the recovery requirements.

Sunken boat recovery services →

Marine Salvage & Boat Recovery

Describe a grounded, damaged, or displaced vessel and the conditions around it. Marine recovery planning begins with its current position and the access available for the crew and equipment.

Abandoned or Storm-Damaged Boats

Tell us your relationship to the vessel or property and what authorization information is available. For storm damage, include current photographs and explain any change in the boat’s position.

Urgent vessel requests

Emergency Boat Removal & Marine Salvage

For emergency marine salvage in Ormond Beach, call with the vessel location, condition, and what has changed. Describe any obstruction or restricted access. We assess the request and discuss current crew and equipment availability; arrival time must be confirmed for the situation.

03 / Scope & access

Photograph the full approach to the vessel

For an Ormond Beach request, include a view from the entrance toward the boat and another from the shoreline where accessible. Describe any lift, cradle, or trailer supporting the hull. If equipment access would involve another property or shared area, identify the responsible contact before assuming that route is available.

Your request checklist

  • Send the vessel position and property entrance separately if they differ.
  • Describe the dock, lift, trailer, cradle, or ground supporting the boat.
  • Show gates, turns, vegetation, and nearby structures along the approach.
  • Identify the person authorized to arrange removal and provide access.

What shapes your Ormond Beach estimate?

The distance from the street to the boat is only one part of access. Turns, ground conditions, supports, and nearby structures may also affect the plan. For a vessel in the water, the estimate should account for recovery requirements as well as removal and any requested disposal.

Ask what is included, what is excluded, and which changes would require a revised estimate before work begins.

04 / How it works

From your first call to the agreed work

1. Describe the situation

Send the vessel position and property entrance separately if they differ. Include photos if available and your requested timing.

2. Review the site and scope

We discuss the boat’s condition, access, authorization, and whether additional information or a site assessment is needed.

3. Confirm the plan

Agree on the recovery or removal tasks, disposal requirements, estimate, and site contact before scheduling.

4. Complete the agreed work

Discuss any completion photographs or records you need when arranging the job so expectations are clear from the start.

05 / Common questions

Ormond Beach boat removal questions

Can you assess boats at Tomoka River-area properties?

Yes. Provide the precise boat location and describe access from the property and the water. A river name alone is not enough to establish the recovery route.

Can a boat be removed from behind a fence?

Send photographs of the gate, the boat, and the route between them. The entrance dimensions, turns, and condition of the hull and supports help determine the removal requirements.

Can the crew use a nearby public boat ramp?

Use of a public ramp needs site-specific review. Do not assume that its location establishes permission or sufficient space for the equipment required by your job.

Do you provide emergency marine salvage in Ormond Beach?

Call 888-702-5785 with the exact position and what has changed. We assess the request and discuss current availability; timing must be confirmed for the situation.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the owner Kenneth today. Unfortunate because my in laws got stranded but a pleasure because Kenneth was absolutely amazing. My in laws were 3 hrs from home when they got stranded on the river and the loving children we are were scrambling first thing Saturday morning to find them help. Kenneth was quick and on top of getting their location to get them help. Being that they've been stuck there since last night Mr Kenneth was also quick to ask if they had food and water and needed any supplies. When things where then sorted out and a different company was on the way Mr Kenneth understood and was still very worried about my inlaws getting proper supplies and help. Though we didn't get to use his service I 10/10 recommend due to customer service.

Lesson number 1: Don’t ever put anything in your name for a family member. For 3.5yrs I have stared at an old boat in the yard that said family member finally gave away for free. Sounds great, right? Not when you are sitting at work and see on your cameras that said boat has suddenly reappeared in your front yard. Family member back in their home state, boat now in my front yard…panic attack. Several in fact. The boat was no longer in any kind of donation condition and this isn’t as easy to get rid of as a car or motorcycle which have junk yards. After panic searching and secretly crying in the bathroom at work (several times), I came across AAA Boat Salvage. I reached out for a quote and Kenneth got back to me super fast. He searched my address and let me know he could remove it the next day. He told me what to expect, they sent over paperwork for me to sign, and we confirmed an ETA for the next day. Kenneth kept me posted as he was coming from 2hrs away and I was able to coordinate with work to be home to meet him. He quickly connected the boat, was very professional and while he was prepping for safe transport he had me connect with the office for payment of removal services and my final copies of the necessary documents releasing me from ownership and liability of the boat. I feel much better knowing they will properly strip down the boat and dispose of it correctly and in accordance with environmental laws. It is painful to have to pay to dispose of a old vessel that was never meant to be my problem, but giving away something for free doesn’t mean someone will responsibly remove you from ownership and liability (or won’t dump it back in your yard at a future date like me). The nightmares of this eyesore are over, and Kenneth and the office team kept me sane and made this so easy for me .I am more than happy to recommend them!
