01 / Local coverage

Collier County: match coastal recovery and inland disposal to the site

Collier County includes the municipalities of Naples, Marco Island and Everglades City as well as unincorporated communities. A postal address alone may not explain the jurisdiction or actual boat position, so include the site and a map pin when useful.

For waterfront requests, describe the berth and surrounding structures. For inland boats, show the supports and access route. These are different working environments and should not be treated as the same removal job.

Coastal vessels

Identify whether the boat is afloat, grounded or submerged. Include the latest condition and the facility or property contact.

Inland stored boats

Show supports, trailer condition and gate access. Specify whether the trailer and associated vessel material should be included.

Multiple properties

Separate the vessel details and authorization for each address. Equipment and scheduling may differ between sites.

Services across Collier County

Paid boat removal, marine salvage, boat recovery, sunken boat recovery and junk boat disposal are available for assessment. Tell us whether the vessel will be retained after recovery or removed for disposal; those are different end points.

Emergency boat removal and emergency marine salvage requests are accepted 24/7. Deployment depends on safe conditions, site access and available resources.

Urgent vessel requests

Emergency Boat Removal & Marine Salvage

For emergency marine salvage in Collier County, call with the vessel location, condition, and what has changed. Describe any obstruction or restricted access. We assess the request and discuss current crew and equipment availability; arrival time must be confirmed for the situation.

03 / Scope & access

Choose the intended outcome before the estimate

Recovery for a boat you will retain, removal from a property and removal with paid disposal have different end points. State the outcome for each vessel so the scope can be reviewed.

Your request checklist

  • Give the Collier site address or current map position.
  • Describe the vessel and working area.
  • Identify the approving person and access contact.
  • State retention or paid disposal as the intended outcome.

What shapes your Collier County estimate?

Collier estimates reflect the actual boat and site. A submerged vessel and a hull stored inland require different work; identify recovery, removal, disposal and trailer inclusion separately.

Removal, recovery and disposal are paid services. Ask what is included, what is excluded, and which changes would require a revised estimate before work begins.

Collier County access and removal questions

Does Goodland Boating Park establish access to my boat in Collier County?

The saved FWC record identifies Goodland Boating Park on Goodland Bay in Collier County. That identifies a public access reference, not a reserved working route. Send the actual vessel position and confirm current operator permission before relying on this location.

How should I compare Goodland Boating Park and Big Cypress Addition Lands Recreation Access (aka. Alligator Alley Mile 51)?

Use the vessel’s actual position, the allowed approach and equipment needs. The directory records Goodland Boating Park on Goodland Bay and Big Cypress Addition Lands Recreation Access (aka. Alligator Alley Mile 51) on L-28 Interceptor Canal. Straight-line proximity to a place reference point does not establish the suitable recovery route.

What location details matter within Collier County?

Provide the vessel pin and authorized entrance, then describe whether it is afloat, submerged or ashore. The listed location for Goodland Boating Park is 740 Palm Point Drive (County Road 92A), GOODLAND, 34140; do not substitute that ramp address for a boat elsewhere.

These answers use the saved ramp records linked below. They do not confirm present opening status, commercial-use permission or a completed AAA job at those sites.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the owner Kenneth today. Unfortunate because my in laws got stranded but a pleasure because Kenneth was absolutely amazing. My in laws were 3 hrs from home when they got stranded on the river and the loving children we are were scrambling first thing Saturday morning to find them help. Kenneth was quick and on top of getting their location to get them help. Being that they've been stuck there since last night Mr Kenneth was also quick to ask if they had food and water and needed any supplies. When things where then sorted out and a different company was on the way Mr Kenneth understood and was still very worried about my inlaws getting proper supplies and help. Though we didn't get to use his service I 10/10 recommend due to customer service.

Lesson number 1: Don’t ever put anything in your name for a family member. For 3.5yrs I have stared at an old boat in the yard that said family member finally gave away for free. Sounds great, right? Not when you are sitting at work and see on your cameras that said boat has suddenly reappeared in your front yard. Family member back in their home state, boat now in my front yard…panic attack. Several in fact. The boat was no longer in any kind of donation condition and this isn’t as easy to get rid of as a car or motorcycle which have junk yards. After panic searching and secretly crying in the bathroom at work (several times), I came across AAA Boat Salvage. I reached out for a quote and Kenneth got back to me super fast. He searched my address and let me know he could remove it the next day. He told me what to expect, they sent over paperwork for me to sign, and we confirmed an ETA for the next day. Kenneth kept me posted as he was coming from 2hrs away and I was able to coordinate with work to be home to meet him. He quickly connected the boat, was very professional and while he was prepping for safe transport he had me connect with the office for payment of removal services and my final copies of the necessary documents releasing me from ownership and liability of the boat. I feel much better knowing they will properly strip down the boat and dispose of it correctly and in accordance with environmental laws. It is painful to have to pay to dispose of a old vessel that was never meant to be my problem, but giving away something for free doesn’t mean someone will responsibly remove you from ownership and liability (or won’t dump it back in your yard at a future date like me). The nightmares of this eyesore are over, and Kenneth and the office team kept me sane and made this so easy for me .I am more than happy to recommend them!

Waterfront and inland removal in Collier County

Local waterfront context includes Naples Bay and the Ten Thousand Islands. Identify the specific dock, marina berth or property where the boat rests. A waterway name does not establish access or permission to carry out recovery.

For a boat ashore, send current images of the supports and approach. For a submerged vessel, describe its position and depth if known. Explain who can approve the work and whether you want to retain the boat or include paid disposal.
