Kenneth Farmer — Owner of AAA Boat Salvage, Florida marine salvage expert
Kenneth Farmer Owner & Operator

Kenneth Farmer

Owner & Operator — AAA Boat Salvage Inc.

I'm Kenneth Farmer, the proud owner of AAA Boat Salvage and the driving force behind our trusted marine salvage and boat services. As a Florida native with a rich family history in commercial fishing and boat salvage dating back to 1847, this business is my passion — not just a livelihood.

My lifelong connection to the water allows me to help others while embracing experiences that few ever will.

My journey began as a child aboard the shrimp boat "Miss Jackie," learning the ropes of shrimping alongside my grandfather. Over the years I expanded my expertise into mullet fishing, stone crabbing, and blue crabbing, while gaining hands-on knowledge of boat maintenance — starting with wooden vessels and later transitioning to fiberglass boats.

In my 30s I further honed my craft working with Andy Grant at the Crusader shop, perfecting my boat-building skills. This experience, coupled with my Florida roots, has given me a deep understanding of these waters — allowing me to confidently provide expert boat salvage and recovery services throughout the entire state.

At AAA Boat Salvage, we focus on more than just boats. We're dedicated to building trust and fostering strong relationships within our community. I take pride in offering a personal touch, treating every client like a neighbor and every job as a testament to our family's enduring values.

A Family Legacy on
Florida's Waters

The Farmer family's connection to Florida's waterways spans generations. Kenneth didn't just learn this trade — he was born into it.

1847
Family Marine Legacy Begins
The Farmer family's deep roots in Florida's commercial fishing and marine industries begin — a legacy of working the water that would span generations and shape everything Kenneth would become.
Childhood
The Shrimp Boat "Miss Jackie"
Kenneth's education began not in a classroom but on the deck of the shrimp boat "Miss Jackie" alongside his grandfather. Learning the art of shrimping, reading the tides, and understanding the demands of commercial fishing firsthand.
Early Career
Commercial Fishing Mastery
Kenneth expanded his expertise across Florida's diverse commercial fisheries — mullet fishing, stone crabbing, and blue crabbing. Each discipline deepened his understanding of the water, the boats, and the gear required to work them safely and profitably.
30s
Boat Building — Crusader Shop
Working alongside Andy Grant at the Crusader shop, Kenneth perfected his boat-building craft. From wooden hulls to modern fiberglass construction, this hands-on experience gave him a structural understanding of vessels that few marine salvage operators possess.
Today
AAA Boat Salvage — Serving All of Florida
Today Kenneth leads AAA Boat Salvage serving all 67 Florida counties with insured, professional boat removal, salvage, and disposal. Every job is backed by a lifetime of water experience and a genuine commitment to the communities he serves.

Our Values &
Commitments

Kenneth built AAA Boat Salvage on the same values his grandfather taught him on the deck of the Miss Jackie — hard work, honesty, and respect for the water.

📅
Generational Expertise

With a family marine legacy dating back to 1847 and decades of personal experience in commercial fishing and boat building, Kenneth brings knowledge to every job that simply cannot be taught in a classroom.

🛡️
Fully Insured Operations

Every job — no matter the size — is covered by full insurance. We operate professionally and responsibly on every waterway in Florida, protecting our clients and our crew at all times.

⛰️
Community First

Kenneth treats every client like a neighbor. AAA Boat Salvage isn't a faceless corporation — it's a family business built on relationships, repeat trust, and a personal commitment to doing right by every single customer.

♻️
Respect for Florida's Waters

Growing up on Florida's waterways instilled a deep respect for the marine environment. Every removal and disposal operation follows state environmental regulations — protecting the ecosystems future generations will depend on.

🔎
Transparent & Honest Pricing

No surprises. No hidden fees. We provide clear, upfront quotes before we start any job. You know exactly what you're paying — because that's how Kenneth would want to be treated.

Always Available

Boat emergencies don't keep business hours. Kenneth and his team are available 24/7 — nights, weekends, and holidays — because when your vessel is in trouble, waiting until Monday isn't an option.

What We Don't Do

We're proud of what we do — and equally clear about what we don't. Kenneth built this business on honesty, and that means being upfront so you can get the right help fast.

We Do Not Buy Boats

We are strictly a marine service company. We do not purchase vessels — salvaged or otherwise. All services are billed directly to the client. If you want to sell a boat, contact a licensed boat dealer.

We Do Not Sell Boat Parts

We do not sell parts, components, or equipment from salvaged vessels. All recovered materials are eco-compliantly recycled or disposed of per Florida state regulations.

We Do Not Offer On-Water Towing

We do not offer on-water boat towing services. Our specialties are removal, recovery, salvage, disposal, and overland transport. For on-water towing, contact Sea Tow or BoatUS.

We Are Not a Salvage Yard

We are a marine services company — not a salvage yard, junkyard, or parts reseller. We remove, transport, and dispose of vessels. We do not operate a physical yard where boats are stored for sale.

Call the Owner
Directly. No Middleman. No Runaround.

When you call AAA Boat Salvage, you're talking to Kenneth. Not a call center. Not a dispatcher. The owner.
